We are so excited to be partnering with Project Adventure in Beverly for a fun, group-bonding experience! On August 10th from 9-3pm the teens will have an opportunity to play group games, as well as use both low and high ropes courses at the Project Adventure facility. This time will be guided with the help of the facilities instructors and trainers to solve puzzles, get to know each other, and build team-work skills. This is a really great opportunity for the teen ministry to bond together and do something a little outside what we can ordinarily provide at teen events. This program encourages the students to push themselves but if a student feels uncomfortable at any time there is no requirement to use the equipment.

The regular cost for this program is $68 per participant but we have received a scholarship to bring that cost down to $35 per participant. Each student will need their own transportation to and from the event, and need to bring a packed lunch as well. The  program recommends that each student wear:

- close toes shoes that are comfortable to walk, run or climb in (such as sneakers)
- comfortable athletic clothing
      - our program is in August so prepare for hot weather
      - clothing must be suitable for exercise and climbing, ex. t-shirt and appropriate athletic shorts. (As there is climbing involved in this program wearing spandex under shorts may be needed as well for the girls)
- other recommended items include sun block, insect repellant and a water bottle

Each student will also need to fill out the programs required medical form and parental consent. Please have this form filled out and brought with your child on the day of the event. If they do not have this form then they cannot participate in the days activities. A copy of the form will also be needed ahead of time for the company to review.

Please make sure your teen is signed up by July 17th. If we cannot reach the required minimum number then we will be extending this event to other teen ministries to join us.

Should the weather not be good on August 10th we will reschedule for another date or be reimbursed completely. However in the event that your child cannot attend the event after you have paid, we cannot guarantee a refund.
