We are excited to have our sixth Teen Conference this November for our Youth & Family Ministry. The Boston Church is hosting the conference. The conference will include teens from New England, New York, and New Jersey.

The dates of the conference are Saturday, 11/16 - Sunday, 11/17 and will take place at the Arlington Church Building (75 Pleasant Street Arlington, MA) on Saturday and Wellesley Middle School (50 Kingsbury Street Wellesley, MA) on Sunday.

Our Teen Conference is led by the teens. Teens come up with a theme and title, plan and do all the classes and speeches and lead all the worship. In our past conferences God moved in great ways. We saw our young men and women used by Him to serve, convict, and inspire their own generation. We are looking forward to another conference where teens step up and bring honor and glory to God.

Families from the Boston Church will be providing housing for those traveling from New York, New Jersey and outer New England. All adults from the host families will be screened and we will provide contact information of the host family to the parents of teens being hosted. Those from outside of Boston, if you make your own housing arrangements, please do not register for housing. Any questions with housing contact Kristen Lamb (kdlamb@gmail.com).

The Teen Conference is for 9th graders to 12th graders (older teens). The registration is $40 for all participants. Participants from New York and New Jersey can opt in for a $10 pizza lunch on Sunday 11/17. The $40 registration price includes materials for the conference, and dinner on Saturday night.

Housing will be provided by host families!

All adults in the home will be church members who have completed a background check.

Host families will provide:

transportation between the conference location and their home.

  Sleeping accommodations including bedding.

  Breakfast on Sunday morning.

All teenagers (including any teenagers from the host family) staying at a host family will be of the same sex. For example, if a host family with both a teenage son and a teenage daughter serves as a host family for teenage girls, the teenage son will stay in another family's home during the conference. The host family may have additional children of the opposite sex who are preteen-aged or younger.

Registration deadline is Monday, November 4th. Please register your teen as soon as possible.
